Attorney Krzysztof Degórski is a graduate of the Law and Administration Department at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, years 1967-1971. He is a lawyer with a broad, 30-year experience in working in the justice administration. The attorney Krzysztof Degórski for fourteen years held an office of the ruling judge in the Provincial Court and then in the District Court in criminal division. For eight years he was also working as a legal advisor dealing with the transformation and privatization of the state-owned enterprises. Since 1995 Krzysztof Degórski practices the profession of the attorney. He is currently a member of the Great Poland Chamber of Attorneys and simultaneously a Vice-Chairman of the Disciplinary Court of the GPCA. He specializes in soliciting in a wide range of criminal law and penal revenue law and also in resolving issues in commercial and economic law as part of a regular service to enterprises. He is fluent in German.

She is a graduate of the Law and Administration Department at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2002 she is a lecturer in the Poznań School of Logistics. In addition she held a course in 2003 in Kiev in the ombudsman bureau as part of the United Nations Program regarding development. She is a proud owner of a diploma of International Protection of Human Rights Curse in 2002. Moreover she is a graduate of the 7th School of International Humanitarian Law in Armed Conflicts in 2003. At the turn of 2003 – 2004 she was an assistant in the Poznań Human Rights Center in the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Science. Attorney Katarzyna Golusińska is an expert in human rights as well as mediating in legal disputes. The fields of the law that she is in particular taking up are economic law, civil law with particularly taking under consideration the family law but also labor law, medical law, real estate law and cooperative law. Attorney Katarzyna Golusińska holds a TOEFL certificate (Test of English as a Foreign Language) with the number of points being equal to the British Certificate in Advanced English (CAE). Attorney Katarzyna Golusińska is an author of treatises (published under her maiden name Degórska) concerning the laws of the sexual minorities, the protection of the right for privacy and the issues of refugees.
